Job Description

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their project needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations of latest DC systems, Inverters, UPS, etc.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to create customized proposals that meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and enhance sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts and reports to track progress and inform management decisions.
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting electrical issues, providing expert guidance and support during the decision-making process.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable margins while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to promote products and network with potential customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is essential for technical proficiency.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in electrical sales or a similar technical sales role is preferred.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships is a must.
  • Experience in industries such as power generation, automation, or renewable energy is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to engage a diverse clientele.
  • Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of electrical systems, components, and standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while effectively managing time and priorities.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits are necessary.
