Electrical Planner

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Planner to join our shutdown planning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance planning in the Oil & Gas sector, with a focus on shutdowns, turnarounds, and outage planning. Experience with SAP CMMS, particularly in the areas of CM (Corrective Maintenance), PM (Preventive Maintenance), or MM (Material Management), is required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop detailed shutdown and maintenance plans for mechanical systems, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resources.
2. Utilize SAP CMMS for scheduling, tracking, and managing work orders, materials, and maintenance activities.
3. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure all materials, tools, and resources are available for shutdown activities.
4. Analyze and prioritize mechanical maintenance work, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
5. Prepare and update job plans, including labor, equipment, and material requirements.
6. Track and report on work progress, adjusting plans as necessary to meet project deadlines and goals.
7. Support the implementation of maintenance strategies for mechanical assets, focusing on reliability and cost-efficiency.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in mechanical planning, with a strong focus on shutdown planning in the oil & gas industry.
2. Hands-on experience using SAP CMMS, particularly in PM, CM, or MM modules.
3. Solid understanding of mechanical systems, maintenance strategies, and safety standards.
4. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in high-pressure environments.
5. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
6. Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical engineering or maintenance planning preferred.
