Job Description

• Perform inspections of electrical systems and equipment to ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Review electrical plans and specifications to verify accuracy and compliance.
• Conduct tests and measurements to assess the performance and safety of electrical installations.
• Identify and document any deficiencies or violations and provide recommendations for corrective action.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to resolve any issues or concerns related to electrical installations.
• Stay current with industry standards and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Provide guidance and support to other team members on electrical code requirements and best practices.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation of inspection findings.
• Attend meetings and participate in discussions related to electrical projects and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and related documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical inspection or a related field.
• Knowledge of relevant electrical codes and regulations.
• Experience working in the construction industry, preferably in electrical installation or inspection.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and document deficiencies or violations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project managers and contractors.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, navigate construction sites, and perform inspections in various weather conditions.
