Electrical/ HVAC Technician

Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, circuit breakers, transformers, control panels, or other components, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools.
Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

Installs, maintains, and repairs heating, ventilating, and air conditioning, as well as chilled water distribution equipment and systems.
Carries out duties as per the standards and guidance of the site in-charge/senior technician and reports abnormal situations in a timely manner.

Teamwork and efficiency of job performance towards customer satisfaction are essential.
Be available on call to work nights or weekends on a rotating basis to service the emergency needs of our customers.

Maintain and troubleshoot different electronic and electrical control units related to air conditioning and refrigeration, including chillers and cold storage.
Install and modify electrical/electronic instruments and control systems as required.

Be responsible for the safe custody and maintenance of equipment, tools, spare parts, and materials in personal custody provided by the Company for work purposes, and returning old spare parts to the foreman.

Notice problems, develop options for potential solutions, and assist team members/technicians beyond regular position requirements.
Ability to read blueprint piping and electrical drawings.
Follow proper work orders and required procedures before any maintenance.

Chiller Technician

1. Regularly check liquid (refrigerant) levels.
2. Regularly check oil level, pressure, temperature, and operation of the oil heater.
3. Regularly check for oil or refrigerant leaks.
4. Grease motor bearings or replace oil as applicable.
