Requirements: diploma in Electrical engineering or relative degree.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 7 years of work experience in an electromechanical company within the UAE. The candidate should be currently residing in the UAE and available for immediate joining.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Supervision:

• Oversee and manage electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works on-site.
• Ensure that projects are executed efficiently, adhering to schedules and specifications.

Team Management:

• Lead and coordinate a team of electricians and workers.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Quality Control:

• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, project requirements, and quality benchmarks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical or operational issues.

Project Coordination:

• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Interpret drawings, plans, and specifications to guide on-site execution.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Monitor adherence to all UAE safety and regulatory standards.

Material Management:

• Ensure the availability of required tools, materials, and equipment at the site.
• Monitor and record material usage to avoid wastage.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in the UAE with an electromechanical company.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and troubleshooting.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage teams effectively in a construction or maintenance setting.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Immediate Availability: Only candidates who can join immediately will be considered.
• Residency: Applicants must currently reside in the UAE.
