Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule daily work assignments for electrical teams.
• Coordinate tasks with other trade foremen and project managers.
• Ensure all materials, tools, and equipment are available and ready for use.
• Lead and supervise electricians, apprentices, and helpers.
• Assign tasks and monitor work performance to ensure quality and productivity.
• Supervise installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Ensure work complies with electrical codes, blueprints, and project specifications.
• Perform inspections to verify proper installation and functionality.
• Enforce adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Conduct safety meetings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
• Investigate and report incidents or near misses.
• Inspect work to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Address and resolve any deficiencies or issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed records of work progress and inspections.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between workers, supervisors, and clients.
• Attend project meetings and relay updates to the team.
• Provide progress reports and updates to management.
• Monitor inventory levels and request supplies as needed.
• Ensure proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Track and document usage of materials.
• Prepare timesheets and work logs.
• Maintain records of safety training and certifications.
• Assist in preparing estimates and budgets.
