Electrical Engineer Interdisciplinary Coordination Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee interdisciplinary coordination for high-level projects including commercial malls, airports, stations, and other public buildings.
2. Act as the key coordinator for integrating electrical engineering aspects with other disciplines.
3. Resolve interdisciplinary conflicts and ensure alignment between all project components.
4. Collaborate with architectural, mechanical, and structural teams to achieve seamless project execution.
5. Review electrical designs to ensure compliance with overall project requirements and standards.
6. Guide team members on electrical-related tasks and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
7. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address challenges.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
2. 5-10 years of experience in interdisciplinary coordination for large-scale infrastructure projects.
3. Demonstrated expertise in managing projects exceeding AED 200M budget.
4. Experience as a team coordinator or interdisciplinary coordinator is preferred.
5. Proficiency in tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or BIM 360 for coordination tasks.
6. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
