In this role, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing maintenance works. You will be responsible for complete cost control on the contracts and increasing profit by better labor management.

To be successful in winning this role, the following are the prerequisites:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
2. Thorough experience of 5 to 10 years with sound knowledge of electrical systems and ability to maintain electrical, lighting control, fire alarm & voice evacuation, PA/BGM, BMS & controls, Telephone/Data, Central battery emergency lighting, MATV, security, structured cabling, earthing & lightning protection systems
3. Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with supervisors/foremen/charge hands
