Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
2. Lead Generation: Develop strategies for lead generation, cold calling, and networking to generate new business.
3. Proposal Development and Presentations: Prepare tailored proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
4. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term success.
5. Sales Strategy Execution: Contribute to the execution of sales strategies and meet or exceed targets.
6. Contract Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close contracts in line with company policies.
7. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and provide regular reports on sales activities and performance.

Skills and Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 23 years of business development experience, preferably within facility management, real estate, or construction.
3. Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
5. Knowledge of facility management services.
6. Ability to build relationships and close sales deals effectively.
7. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
