Job Description:

• Mentor junior engineers and interns, fostering a collaborative learning environment to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications and reports, to communicate project requirements and outcomes effectively.
• Oversee the installation of electrical systems, providing guidance and support to contractors to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards for 33/11 KV Substations.
• Previous experience as a contractor engineer for ADDC/AADC/DEWA/FEWA/SEWA will be an added advantage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical and civil engineers, to integrate electrical solutions seamlessly into larger projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, providing a solid foundation in core engineering principles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling effective troubleshooting and innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for collaborating with diverse teams and presenting technical information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in electrical engineering, showcasing expertise in system design and implementation.
