Fully familiar with IVB guidelines given in per HSE-OS-ST29 / GP&E-GAIPS/STD-07 and other equivalent standards.
Review of each applicable HSECES at category level based on its role in major accident prevention, detection, control, mitigation, emergency response, and lifesaving.
Quality Control including Field Inspections, Technical Integrity Verification, Third Party Inspection, and Contractor/sub-contractors Inspections.
Review of the Performance Standards.
Development of Written Scheme of Examination (WSE) for electrical equipment.
Carry out verification activities as per the approved WSEs.
Conduct Technical Integrity Verification (TIV) and develop reports.
Knowledge of Electrical international standards and ADNOC group standards, i.e., AGES/DGS.
Review of hazardous area classification drawings and schedules.
Review all electrical deliverables in respect of IVB verification, including electrical layouts, single line diagrams, protection system schematics, and relevant studies carried out during the detail engineering/FEED stage in relation to company standards and details finalized in the FEED or conceptual engineering stage of the project.
Verify design calculations/basis for Transformer, indoor/outdoor lighting systems, Earthing & lightning, Switchgear, cable sizing, load flow, short circuit, and relevant studies in respect of guidelines set forth in company standards and prudent practices.
