Electrical Draftsman

1. Create detailed electrical schematics and layouts using CAD software, ensuring clarity and precision in all designs.
2. Collaborate with engineers and project managers to translate project specifications into actionable electrical drawings.
3. Review and revise existing drawings to incorporate changes or improvements based on project feedback.
4. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of electrical codes and safety requirements.
5. Conduct site visits to gather data and assess the feasibility of electrical installations and modifications.
6. Prepare detailed bill of materials and specifications required for electrical projects, facilitating accurate procurement.
7. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports and technical manuals, to support project execution.
8. Mentor junior draftsmen, providing guidance on best practices in drafting and design techniques.
9. Utilize 3D modeling software to create realistic representations of electrical systems in complex projects.
10. Maintain organized electronic files and archiving systems for all electrical design projects, ensuring easy access and retrieval.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3 to 5 years UAE experience in the same field.
- Must be in UAE.
