Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer with at least 10 years of industry experience and proficiency in Aspen and ETAP software. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a strong background in designing electrical systems for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop electrical systems for a variety of projects including but not limited to buildings, industrial facilities, and power distribution systems.
2. Utilize Aspen and ETAP software to create detailed designs and simulations.
3. Collaborate with other engineers and project managers to ensure the successful completion of projects.
4. Conduct research and stay updated on industry standards and advancements in electrical design.
5. Participate in meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise.
6. Review and approve design documents and drawings.
7. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
8. Troubleshoot and provide solutions for any design issues that may arise during the project.
9. Mentor and train junior engineers on best practices and industry standards.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical design engineering.
3. Proficiency in Aspen and ETAP software.
4. Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and codes.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality work.
9. Familiarity with AutoCAD and other design software is a plus.
