Electrical Automation Engineer

The role will lead in collaboration with the Mega projects and the continuous improvement departments, the digitalization program of Emirates Steel. The role will additionally ensure integration of projects, continuous improvement, and transformation into standardization of the Emirates Steel operations and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive digitalization and facilitate business change.
2. Challenge the status quo to identify and deliver process opportunities.
3. Ensure integration between mega projects and current plant assets and standardization.
4. Oversee digitalization projects.
5. Provide engineering input into key digitalization projects.
6. Integrate and provide engineering input for key transformation projects.
7. Support continuous improvement and key digitalization improvements.
8. Champion and own processes that support and hold the business accountable for their improvement plans.
