Job Description

- Assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conducting market research to determine property values and trends.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements between buyers and sellers.
- Providing guidance and advice to clients throughout the buying or selling process.
- Ability to present and introduce investment opportunities to potential clients.
- Maintaining accurate records of all property transactions and client interactions (CRM system).
- Staying up-to-date with changes in the real estate market and industry regulations.
- Managing a portfolio of properties and ensuring they are well-maintained (Admin support provided).
- Building and maintaining a network of contacts to generate future opportunities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills with the ability to close deals.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and proactive approach.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- English Language (written/spoken) is required.
- UAE Driving license and own vehicle is preferable but not required.
- Agents are expected to maintain a professional appearance appropriate for client interactions.
