The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join the expanding residential agency team at Savills.
The selected candidates will have previous experience within the real estate industry, excellent negotiation skills, and will be keen to develop their knowledge of the current market. They will represent the Savills brand, providing a professional, motivated, and well-presented member of the team at all times.
Successful candidates will be expected to source new opportunities via business development, liaise with existing clients, understand their requirements, and update the CRM with enquiries and negotiations. As part of our residential agency team, it is expected that employees offer a seamless service, always providing a professional and passionate attitude.
The ideal candidate will be a motivated and professional individual with an interest in benefiting from the support of a globally recognised brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual monthly targets as set by management
- Qualify leads and data management using the company CRM
- Actively maintain the company's databases and property portals, uploading all data on client information, updates, and details of prospect requirements etc.
- Build excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- Keep up to date with market trends and best practices
- Ensure punctual attendance for all internal and external business commitments
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Skills, Knowledge And Experience
- Educated to college or degree level (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years sales experience within the real estate industry (residential)
- Strong negotiation and selling skills
- Confident in presentation delivery
- Proven record of achieving sales targets
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
- Team player
- Willing to work flexibly to provide best service to the clients (weekends, as required)
- Excellent command of the English language both written and verbal, with a second language highly preferred
