To ensure a smooth and efficient operation in the retail department related to the company core process, directly impacting the delivery of the experience. The position sells branded merchandise, souvenirs, and photo products to guests using a computerized cash register. Ensures the store is well stocked and clean, assists guests with queries, and demonstrates service-enhancing behavior.

The job scope includes:

1. Greeting/welcoming guests in a warm and friendly manner.
2. Approaching guests and initiating proactive communication.
3. Assisting and advising guests to make purchases by recommending, describing, and demonstrating products.
4. Efficiently handling a computerized cash register with barcode scanners, calculators, and credit card machines.
5. Collecting and processing money tendered transactions of different currencies, vouchers, stored value cards, and credit card payments.
6. Arranging and maintaining product displays with approval, restocking shelves, and taking product inventory.
7. Applying product knowledge while handling guests and improving the same regularly.
8. Working on promotions and achieving set targets.
9. Handling basic guest complaints on the spot.
10. Ensuring a clean and safe environment.
11. Ensuring all products displayed are properly labeled as per brand standards.
12. Assisting in quarterly and yearly inventory.
13. Performing any other tasks required to meet the needs of the business.

Medically able to work in all weather conditions. Physically able to carry/lift items and climb ladders.

To be considered for the role, you will need to have:

1. Higher secondary or equivalent.
2. Moderate verbal communication skills.
3. Basic knowledge of cash handling skills.
4. Good communication skills.

Job Desirables:

1. Previous retail experience.
2. Previous experience in handling guest complaints.
3. Any other language would be an advantage.
4. Previous cash handling skills.
5. Preferably Arabic, Russian, or Mandarin speaker.
