Generate engaging content for both internal and external channels to promote Siemens Energy.
Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns.
Maintain the MEA web pages and MEA Hub content on the SE website including creating briefs, conducting analysis, and implementing website projects.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication Strategy:
Collaborate extensively with various stakeholders across Siemens Energy to ensure content aligns with company objectives and values.
Provide communication consultation to support HR and I&D initiatives and employer branding campaigns.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders, supporting their business objectives with effective communication strategies.
Analysis and Optimization:
Analyze the effectiveness of communications to continuously adapt and improve strategies.
Focus on data-driven analysis of content to attract and engage potential and current employees.

What You Bring
A degree in communications, public relations or Marketing.
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a communications role.
Knowledge of the Energy industry is a plus.
Proficiency in Arabic language is an advantage.
