Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and grow the business.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including corporate companies, government entities, brands, and agencies.
- Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and pitches to secure new business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Research market trends, attend networking events, and explore new business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while tracking performance and revenue goals.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the events industry (preferably in Dubai).
- Strong understanding of event management services, corporate events, activations, and sponsorship sales.
- Adept at securing new business and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, events, or a related field (preferred).
