Tax and Compliance: Ensure compliance with UAE taxation laws including VAT filings and audits. Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments.
Accounts Reconciliation: Oversee bank reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and ledger management. Monitor accounts payable and receivable for accuracy and efficiency.
Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff. Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the accounting team.
Audit Preparation: Assist in coordinating internal and external audits. Provide necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
