Job Title: Telemarketer - Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE

We are looking for a Telemarketer to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. This is a full-time position open to people of all nationalities and no prior experience is required. The successful candidate will be provided with a free visa and air ticket.

Responsibilities:

1. Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about products and services.
2. Answering questions about products or the company.
3. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
4. Going the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
5. Keeping records of calls and sales and noting useful information.

Requirements:

1. Must have excellent communication skills in Arabic or English (or both).
2. Ability to learn about products and services quickly.
3. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
4. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales quotas within reasonable timeframes.
