Job DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesSupervise and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems on construction sites.Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations for MEP systems.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of MEP work.Provide technical guidance and support to MEP team members, including training and mentoring.Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure MEP work meets industry standards and project requirements.Manage and prioritize work schedules, budgets, and resources to meet project deadlines and objectives.
