Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise the entire legal department on the daily ongoing tasks.
  2. Ensure Sessions/ Client updates are accurately sent as per the schedule.
  3. Coordinate on Session attendance and documentation with clients.
  4. Position requires a polite yet direct and confident approach with clients.
  5. Provide administrative support for our legal department.
  6. Timely communication and follow-ups with existing clients.
  7. Guide and support all departments on legal concerns.
  8. Coordinate with various legal entities regarding legal matters through the internal legal department.
  9. Draft, review, and update all necessary documents, contracts, etc.
  10. Conduct case studies and develop a comprehensive understanding of the legal concerns of clients.
  11. Communicate legal concerns with the Legal Director thoroughly and fetch quotations.
  12. Assist and follow up with the accounts team on quotations.
  13. Assist the legal team with any payments related to client cases after acquiring confirmation from the accounts team.
  14. Keep a firm check on each staff member regarding their due tasks and set up reminders.
  15. Attend calls professionally with prospective clients and convert them.
  16. Keep a track and follow-up record for all lead calls.
  17. Respond timely to any new inquiries via email/WhatsApp.
  18. Review the ongoing tasks of the team, including any submissions, to ensure accuracy of the work done.
  19. Create and maintain a database of prospective clients.
  20. Set up meetings with potential clients virtually or in-person and attend with the legal advisor.
  21. Gather feedback from clients and share with internal teams.
  22. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year UAE experience.
  2. Client management practice is an added advantage.
  3. 1-2 years of involvement in the legal field preferred.
  4. Fluency in English & Hindi is a must; basic knowledge of reading Arabic would be an added advantage.
  5. Familiarity with law, legal procedures, and protocols is preferred.
  6. Excellent knowledge of MS Office & drafting emails.
  7. Family-sponsored visa holders who completed schooling in UAE is ideal.
  8. Highly presentable.
  9. Ability to handle confidential information at the highest level.
  10. Maintain our brand image & goodwill at all times by being professional in attitude & approach.
  11. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  12. Ability to multitask and manage time wisely.
