Job Title: Office Assistant - Musaffah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Musaffah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have an eye for detail. The successful candidate should be reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The role involves providing administrative support to the department such as:

  1. Filing documents
  2. Answering phone calls
  3. Responding to emails
  4. Organizing meetings
  5. Ordering supplies
  6. Creating schedules
  7. Managing calendars
  8. Coordinating travel arrangements
  9. Performing general clerical duties when required

This position is open to candidates of all nationalities; however, Pakistani or Malayalee candidates will be preferred. Fluency in English is a must. No prior experience is required, but we would prefer someone with some related experience in an office setting. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
