Human Resources Director

An exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a leading aerospace organisation in Dubai as HR Director. This role is critical in driving employee engagement, fostering a high-performance culture, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop HR strategies aligned with business goals and advise the executive team on talent initiatives.
2. Talent Management: Lead recruitment, succession planning, career development, and workforce planning.
3. Employee Relations: Foster collaboration, inclusivity, and manage complex employee relations.
4. Performance Management: Implement performance systems to drive accountability and excellence.
5. Compensation and Benefits: Benchmark competitive remuneration strategies and optimise benefits for a diverse workforce.
6. Compliance: Ensure HR policies comply with UAE labour laws and international standards.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master's or CIPD/SHRM preferred).
2. 10+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing.
3. Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and proven HR strategy development.
4. Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
5. Experience in organisational change management is an advantage.
