Pathologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pathologist to join our integrated healthcare team. In this critical role, you will utilize your expertise to diagnose diseases through the analysis of biological specimens. Your contributions will be integral in shaping treatment decisions and improving patient outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations of tissue, cellular, and fluid samples to identify abnormalities and diseases
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive pathology reports based on findings
• Collaborate with various healthcare providers to discuss case diagnoses and treatment pathways
• Remain abreast of advancements in pathology and integrate new knowledge into practice
• Participate in educational programs and serve as a resource for junior staff
• Ensure compliance with laboratory standards and regulatory requirements
  
  
  

• MD or DO degree with a focus on Pathology
• Board certification in Pathology is required
• A valid medical license to practice in the state of employment
• At least 4 years of experience in clinical pathology
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
• Proficient in diagnostic techniques and laboratory procedures
• Effective communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
