Contracts Manager

On behalf of our Major Construction client, we are actively seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, in budget and to a high quality.

Experience in contracts management of projects required in:

1. Infrastructure - Bridges and Roads

Must have Contracts experience in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities include:

1. Formulating of contract programmes, procurement of subcontractor and material schedules.
2. Issue of progress reports.
3. Chairing & minuting of supply chain meetings.
4. Working closely with the project team Site Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Buyers, Health & Safety Managers.
5. Ensuring that projects are completed to the required standard, on time and within budget.
6. Ensuring that all health & safety regulations are maintained.
7. Representing the company in a professional / polite manner at all meetings.
8. Ensuring that our I.S.O quality assurance procedures are adhered to.
9. To assist with the project team with value engineering and construction methods to ensure that margins are achieved / exceeded on all projects.
