Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute the organization's sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in sales operations and performance.
  3. Set sales targets, monitor sales performance, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  5. Develop and nurture a high-performance sales culture, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  6. Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and product/service offerings to expand the organization's sales reach.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business strategies.
  8. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to drive competitive advantage.
  9. Develop and manage sales budgets, resources, and forecasts to optimize sales effectiveness and profitability.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
