Technical Sales Manager for physical properties and process instrumentation

Responsibilities:

• Develop market and sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets for the assigned Product Lines
• Understand customer’s needs and provide customized solutions by effectively positioning our products and services within your territory in a broad base of industries and applications
• Effective management of existing customer accounts and the generation of new revenue through various channels.
• Visit customer sites on a regular basis to give sales presentations and perform instrument demonstrations
• Install and provide training to the customers and users of our instruments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records through proper CRM management, including activity management, preparation of quotations, and pipeline maintenance
• Overall responsibility for solidifying the value proposition of Anton Paar to the customers

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or another related discipline)
• Proven track record of success and experience in technical sales of analytical instruments, preferably in the fields of laboratory instruments or scientific equipment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using sales analytics tools is preferred
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex scientific concepts and analytical techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and effectively engage with customers at all levels.
• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English
• UAE Driver’s License
