Farm & Household Caretaker Couple

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible couple to manage and maintain our farm and household. This is a full-time, live-in position offering a unique opportunity for a couple to work together in a serene and rewarding environment.

Position Summary:

• Farm Caretaker Role (Husband): Responsible for all aspects of farm maintenance, gardening, and other related tasks.
• Household Caretaker Role (Wife): Responsible for managing and maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the house on the farm.

Responsibilities

Farm Caretaker Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and care of the farm, including gardening, planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting.
• Perform regular maintenance of farm equipment, tools, and facilities.
• Manage pest control and ensure healthy growth of plants, crops, and trees.
• Take care of livestock (if any) by feeding, cleaning, and monitoring their health.
• Handle basic repairs and maintenance of farm structures and fences.
• Ensure the farm operates efficiently and sustainably.

Household Caretaker Responsibilities

• Clean and organize the house, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
• Handle laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management.
• Cook and prepare meals as per requirements.
• Manage household supplies and inventory.
• Assist in hosting guests, ensuring the home is ready for visitors.
• Perform any additional domestic tasks required to maintain the home.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in farming, gardening, and housekeeping is highly desirable.
• Skills:
• Farm Caretaker: Knowledge of agricultural techniques, ability to operate farm machinery, and perform basic repairs.
• Household Caretaker: Strong organizational skills, knowledge of housekeeping and cooking, and attention to detail.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks on the farm and in the household.
• Communication: Basic knowledge of [language required] to communicate effectively.
