Provide prompt, courteous and efficient handling of all requests for guest room reservations, changes, and cancellations in accordance with established standards and/or scripts.
Respond to and provide information on hotel services, local attractions, travel directions, etc.
Provide assistance and support with departments to ensure smooth flow of operations, especially dealing with guests' bookings and reservations.
What we need from you:
Ideally, you have 1-2 years of similar or relative experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic language skills highly preferred.
Amenable to work in flexible and/or rotating shifts.
Familiar with reservations and booking systems used in the hotel industry.
