In this multifaceted role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth workflows. Responsibilities:
Manage all office operations, including facilities management, supplies procurement, and vendor relations
Oversee administrative staff and ensure effective team collaboration
Prepare and manage office budgets, monitoring expenses and optimizing resources
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events for the executive team
Establish and maintain filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy access to information
Implement office policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity
Assist in project management and ensure timelines are met with high-quality output
Act as the point of contact for clients and resolve queries promptly and professionally
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Proven experience as an Administrative Executive, Office Manager, or similar role in an advertising or creative environment
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
