As we continue to expand in the Middle East, we are seeking a Sales Support Manager in Dubai to drive operational efficiency, optimize sales processes, and ensure seamless collaboration between teams.
Role Brief
As a Sales Support Manager, you will oversee and enhance sales support functions, ensuring smooth operations across customer contracts, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. You will play a key role in driving efficiency, supporting strategic sales initiatives, and maintaining high standards of accuracy in sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization & Sales Operations
- Develop and implement streamlined sales support processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Standardize workflows and reporting mechanisms to enhance operational effectiveness.
Data Management & Reporting
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales and customer data to provide valuable business insights.
- Generate and present detailed sales reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Contract & System Management
- Manage and maintain customer contract systems, quotation databases, and key business platforms to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to contract management.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as a liaison between sales, finance, taxation, legal, and other internal departments to support seamless business operations.
- Monitor receivables and collection progress, ensuring timely payments and optimizing billing processes.
Market Research & Business Support
- Conduct regular market analysis, gather competitive intelligence, and support sales teams in developing expansion strategies.
- Provide insights into customer needs, industry trends, and areas for business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in sales support, sales operations, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity within logistics or supply chain industries.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel, data management systems, and CRM platforms.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience with contract management, quotation systems, and logistics sales operations is highly desirable.
- Leadership & Coordination: Strong ability to manage teams, work cross-functionally, and drive process improvements.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Detail-Oriented & Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, optimize workflows, and contribute to business growth.
