Role Overview

This position requires working in Dubai, and relocation may be necessary based on organizational needs. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership
   Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term goals.
   Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve growth, profitability, and market leadership.
   Oversee the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.
   Drive innovation in product development, focusing on customer-centric solutions in SaaS, fintech, and regtech.
   Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities, improve existing offerings, and stay ahead of industry trends.
2. Operational Excellence
   Lead the executive team in managing daily operations, ensuring efficiency and alignment with strategic goals.
   Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation across all departments.
3. Business Growth
   Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets to drive revenue growth.
   Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.
   Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
   Drive fundraising efforts, manage capital allocation, and maintain financial stability.
   Inspire and mentor leadership teams, promoting collaboration, professional growth, and alignment with company objectives.
   Attract, retain, and develop top talent across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a COO, General Manager, or Senior Executive in the technology sector.
• Strong background in product development, management, and scaling technology-based solutions.
• Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable strategies.
• Track record of driving business growth and leading organizations through high-growth phases.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, fundraising, and financial planning.

Preferred

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or regtech product development and management.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management tools.
• A network of relationships within the technology, investor, and business communities.
• MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Technology, or a related field.
