Who are we looking for
The Sponsorship Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in leading our efforts to secure strategic partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that elevate the value proposition of our Medical & Healthcare Congress and drive substantial revenue growth. This position is critical in establishing and nurturing strong alliances with businesses, brands, and industry influencers, thereby ensuring the triumphant execution and continual expansion of our expo events.
Requirements
Roles and responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract diverse sponsors and exhibitors in the healthcare industry (Pharma, Medical Devices, Hospitals)
Identify and research potential sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential sponsor organisations.
Create compelling, customised sponsorship proposals highlighting benefits like brand visibility and lead generation.
Ensure seamless activation and execution of sponsorship agreements for maximum ROI.
Work with Marketing, Events, and PR teams to align sponsorship initiatives with overall marketing strategies.
Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential sponsors and partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
3 years of hands-on experience in exhibition sponsorship and space selling.
Mandatory minimum of 1 year experience in UAE
Must have worked for international Pharma/healthcare exhibitions and Conferences.
Must have experience working on the high-revenue target for the global market.
Exemplary communication, negotiation, and presentation proficiencies.
Demonstrated track record in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
