Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Dispatch couriers for deliveries, ensuring efficient routes and timely deliveries.
• Monitor all incoming orders and prioritize based on urgency and delivery requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of deliveries, including tracking numbers and proof of delivery.
• Communicate with couriers regarding any changes or updates to delivery instructions.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing excellent customer service at all times.
• Monitor courier performance and provide feedback to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve any delivery-related issues and ensure optimal service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a dispatching or similar role.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with logistics software and databases.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
