Back-End Developer Java - Future Ocean Payment Service Provider

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs for our payment gateway platform.
• Work with the frontend development team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Implement and manage secure, scalable, and high-performance backend services.
• Develop and optimize database schemas and queries to ensure efficient data handling and retrieval.
• Ensure system reliability by monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our backend systems.
• Implement and maintain security best practices to safeguard sensitive payment information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Back-End Developer with a strong understanding of server-side technologies.
• Proficiency in Java and/or other backend programming languages such as Python, Ruby, Node.js, or PHP.
• Experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of payment processing systems and security standards (PCI DSS) is a plus.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 7000.00 - AED 10000.00 per month
