HVAC Technician

Job Responsibilities

1. Install, maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions and defects in HVAC systems
3. Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting system components
4. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
5. Test HVAC systems and components for proper functioning and performance
6. Interact with customers to provide information on HVAC system use and maintenance
7. Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
8. Attend training sessions to keep up-to-date with new technologies and techniques
9. Collaborate with other technicians and contractors as needed
10. Provide on-call support for emergency repairs

Desired Candidate Profile

1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Completion of HVAC training program
3. HVAC certification
4. 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair
5. Experience with a variety of HVAC systems and equipment
6. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
7. Strong attention to detail
8. Excellent customer service and communication skills
9. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
