Warehouse Dispatch Team Leader

Role Purpose:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Dispatch Team Lead to join our team! As a Warehouse Dispatch Team Lead, you will play a critical role in coordinating the movement of goods, managing orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and prioritize order pickups and deliveries with transportation teams.
2. Manage and allocate warehouse resources, including labor and equipment.
3. Oversee and optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping.
4. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery rates and inventory levels.
5. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
6. Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
5. Proficiency in warehouse management software and systems.
6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
7. Candidates with experience in retail logistics and mall delivery operations are preferred; eCommerce logistics experience will not be considered.
