The Site Supervisor - Construction is responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of construction projects to ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The role involves coordinating and supervising construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers, as well as monitoring progress and quality of work. The Site Supervisor is the primary point of contact between the project team and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that may arise. Key duties include conducting safety inspections, maintaining accurate records of construction activities, and enforcing compliance with building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee construction activities on site to ensure work is being carried out in accordance with the project schedule and budget.

Monitor and report on project progress, including any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
Ensure that materials and equipment are delivered to the site on time and are used efficiently.
Conduct regular inspections of the construction site to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.
Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily log of work hours, materials used, and progress achieved.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to address any technical issues and ensure project goals are met.
Communicate effectively with the project manager and provide regular updates on site progress, challenges, and any changes to the project scope.
Enforce site rules and regulations to maintain a safe and productive work environment for all personnel involved in the construction project.
Ensure that the construction site is clean, organized, and safe at all times, including proper storage and handling of materials and waste disposal.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction supervision
Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent communication and leadership skills
