Our company is seeking a talented Media Buyer / Google Ads / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other platforms) to drive traffic and patient leads for our company.
2. Create and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting local clients, and those seeking high-quality Business Setup services.
3. Conduct keyword research and A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and conversion rates.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS) to ensure campaigns are effective and within budget.
5. Develop landing pages, ad copy, and creative content in coordination with the marketing team to align with overall branding and goals.
6. Audience segmentation and targeting to deliver personalized ads to specific groups based on demographics, interests, and behaviors.
7. Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends, Google algorithms, and new ad formats to maintain competitive performance.
8. Manage budgets for ad campaigns and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Proven experience as a Google Ads specialist or digital marketing expert, preferably in Businessmen Services industry.
2. Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram).
3. Familiarity with Businessmen Services industry.
4. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business consultant staff.
