Job Description

The HR Manager will lead and manage the HR function, aligning it with the strategic objectives of our UAE-based company. With a strong foundation in UAE labor law and extensive experience, the HR Manager will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role demands a proactive leader with the ability to foster a productive and engaged workforce, directly contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
    Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the tech sector, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
    Lead employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  2. Employee Relations & Engagement
    Serve as a strategic advisor on employee relations, promoting a positive work culture and resolving conflicts effectively.
    Drive engagement initiatives and foster a collaborative environment aligned with company values.
  3. Performance Management & Development
    Develop a robust performance management framework, promoting consistent feedback and career development opportunities.
    Identify skill gaps and oversee training programs to build technical and leadership competencies.
  4. Compliance & UAE Labor Law
    Ensure adherence to UAE labor laws, managing employee documentation, work visas, and related PRO processes.
    Develop, update, and enforce HR policies that align with legal requirements and industry standards.
  5. Strategic HR Planning & Policy Development
    Partner with leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives that support company objectives, including workforce planning and succession planning.
    Establish and implement HR policies tailored to the software solutions industry to meet evolving business needs.
  6. Compensation & Benefits Management
    Manage and regularly evaluate compensation and benefits programs to maintain competitiveness in the market.
    Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution of employee salaries.
  7. Data-Driven Decision Making
    Leverage HR analytics to provide insights into workforce trends and drive informed decision-making.
    Prepare and present comprehensive HR reports for leadership review.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Minimum of 8+ years of experience in HR management, with a strong preference for experience in the UAE or within the software/technology sector.
  3. Deep understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Proven track record in recruitment, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives within a tech or software environment.
  5. Professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are beneficial.
