Charterhouse is working with one of the leading multinational food manufacturing FMCG companies. Our client is looking to hire a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist to join their Team.
Your core responsibility will be to support the business unit by maintaining strong customer management and development. You will also be responsible for managing customer complaints, order management and fulfilment, and the end-to-end logistics operation.
The successful candidate will support sales, marketing, and finance-related activities across all categories into the GCC.
You should be CIPS qualified, have excellent SAP operating experience, and a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar customer service/logistics or supply chain role within a leading multinational company.
