Job Title: Property Consultant

Location: Dubai, Barsha 1, AB Center Tower

Parking: Available free

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve sales targets/KPIs set in Employment Contract.
2. Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
3. Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
4. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
5. Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.
6. Monitor fulfilment of purchase contract terms to ensure that they are handled in a timely manner.
7. Maintain knowledge of UAE real-estate law, local economies, types of available mortgage, and financing options.
