Instructor l Electronics Armament

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enforce all safety and security rules, policies and directives.
2. Advise the Chief Instructor on all course development and delivery functions.
3. Advise the Chief Instructor on student progress and performance.
4. Deliver classroom and workshop training in all Electronics and Armament related subjects for the UAE Army.
5. Design, develop and analyse courses in accordance with the Systems Approach to Training (SAT).
6. Prepare and deliver operator's courses and technical evaluations to GMC technicians.
7. Utilise coaching and remedial training methods as required to ensure the highest possible graduation rate and test scores.
