Office Manager - Abu Dhabi

We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000, and we are open to considering foreign applicants.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing administrative tasks, supervising staff performance, and ensuring the office runs smoothly. You will be the point of contact for all office matters and must liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.

The successful candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and have a good understanding of office management systems and procedures. You should also have good communication abilities and the capacity to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all aspects of office operations
  2. Manage administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, ordering supplies, etc.
  3. Supervise staff performance and ensure they adhere to company policies
  4. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders
  5. Provide guidance on office policies and procedures
  6. Monitor budget usage for all office expenses
  7. Ensure the office runs smoothly by addressing any problems that may arise

Qualifications:
