Clinic Manager

We are recruiting a Clinic Manager for one of our clients based in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the clinic's daily operations to ensure smooth and effective patient care.
2. Optimize clinic efficiency by monitoring patient flow and appointment scheduling.
3. Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, standards, and healthcare best practices.
4. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback to maintain a positive patient experience.
5. Coordinate with insurance providers to verify coverage and streamline claims processes.
6. Manage inventory to ensure the clinic is well-stocked and organized.
7. Handle the renewal of Trade Licenses and other essential business documentation via DMCC portals.

Requirements

1. Degree or Diploma in Hospital Management or Business Management.
2. 2-4 years of experience in managing clinic operations.
3. Strong communication skills are essential.
