We are a world-leading manufacturer of motorcycles, marine products such as boats and outboard motors, and other motorized products. We are seeking an ERP Manager to join our growing team.
Position Purpose
The ERP Manager supports, influences, and communicates the mission, goals, and objectives of the IT Division. The ERP Manager monitors and maintains the efficiency of our software applications, leads the application support team, helps the business team and customer service team to clarify and resolve issues, takes responsibility for application issues, resolves conflicts, summarizes issue tickets, and monitors applications, providing daily supervision and direction to personnel.
Summary of Duties
- Define ideal and practical business system solutions while driving standardization within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains.
- Translate business requirements accurately into high-quality system requirement specifications, process workflow diagrams, and design, configure, and test the changes made.
- Actively engage in business transformation efforts by understanding the business vision and translating that into a supportable and efficient systems roadmap/implementation plan.
- Be the IT SME and go-to person for Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations in providing support related to SAP modules and Legacy ERP systems.
- Provide support with standardizing, cleansing, mapping, translating, and migrating data over to SAP from legacy ERP.
- Provide support in enhancing/building/sustaining integrations and workflow processes, middleware solutions.
- Troubleshoot any issues or problems and offer system/process solutions.
- Assist with user acceptance testing for implementation and enhancements.
- Project manage small/medium initiatives, including planning, scoping, developing estimates, managing, and delivering the project within the agreed-upon timeline and budget.
- Perform periodic documentation updates and conduct refresher trainings for super users on recent changes made.
- Roll out changes/projects into the Production system following the IT Change Control processes and framework.
- Use Agile methodology to gather, prioritize, and deliver on agreed-upon requirements and timelines.
- Establish and maintain customer service delivery guidelines and internal service level agreements.
- Align closely with Regional and Global company strategy.
- Create and maintain a disaster recovery plan for IT systems.
- Coordinate department activities in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures.
- Implement and adhere to all ISO-9000 and ISO 14001 procedures.
- Confer with Division management to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in the area.

Job Details
Education / Experience
- 10 years of IT experience including Management with broad responsibility for IT Application Support and development cycle.
- 5+ years of experience leading IT in Manufacturing environments.
- Working knowledge of manufacturing technologies and strategies, end-to-end supply chain planning and technologies like WMS, MES, PIM, PLM, and QMS.
- Experience with full ERP implementations and database architecture.
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Analytics architecture.
- Working knowledge of SOX compliance requirements.
