Bank teller

Vacancy: Bank Teller – Abu Dhabi

Salary: AED 1400

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Bank Teller to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are ready to consider an immigrant for this position.

Requirements:

1. At least 1-2 years of experience as a bank teller
2. Good knowledge of banking products and services
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills
4. Proficiency in English, Arabic is a plus
5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
6. Strong attention to detail
7. Previous experience with cash handling duties is preferred

Responsibilities:

1. Greeting customers courteously in person or over the phone
2. Acting as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and providing accurate information about banking products and services
3. Helping customers open new accounts, process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers, etc.
4. Processing customers’ applications for credit cards and other services offered by the bank
5. Keeping records of all customer transactions accurately
6. Balancing daily transactions to ensure accuracy
7. Assisting upper management with various tasks as needed

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is preferred but not required
2. Cash handling experience is preferred
3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
4. Ability to follow instructions accurately
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills
6. Knowledge of banking regulations
