To maintain monthly inventory level in store on quarterly basis.
To make sure that stock ledger and stock report are reconciled and stock report must match with physical inventory.
To maintain minimum order level of stock and make sure that new orders are placed on time.
To make sure that new order receipts must be recorded in the system and material quality and quantity should be as per LPO.
To maintain and inform operations for non-moving items on semi-annually.
To maintain and make sure that slow moving items are segregated and keep the minimum level of stock.
Materials should be issued as per the BOQ quantity and proper track of BOQ of all the projects should be maintained (Operations must provide BOQ from all departments to control material cost).
